ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or cancellations are permitted, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

In the event a product is defective Customer may submit a request for an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (“EMA”) to sales@print-2-mail.com within thirty (30) days from delivery of the product. Such request shall be accompanied by a description of the defect and photo(s) of the defect. If Deluxe Corporation determines the product is defective, we will issue an EMA number authorizing the exchange and replacement of the product. The product must be returned in accordance with the Packaging Instructions provided by Deluxe Corporation and accompanied by an EMA number.
